As a co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and President of Dominion Riders Foundation, Jeff's career has been built on leadership, entrepreneurship, and a lifelong passion for the motorcycle community.
For the past six years, he has served as the Production Manager at Curtiss-Wright, where his team has helped grow the organization from approximately $45 million in annual business to more than $90 million in 2025, while supporting critical contract work for the United States Navy. This experience has strengthened his leadership skills and reinforced the importance of teamwork, accountability, and building organizations that create lasting results.
Before joining Curtiss-Wright, he spent more than 20 years as a business owner in the motorcycle industry. He owned and operated a motorcycle repair shop and a motocross training school, combining his passion for motorcycles with his commitment to mentoring and serving others. Having grown up racing motocross and spent the last two decades riding on the street, motorcycles have always been more than a hobby, they have been a way of life.
Unfortunately, he has also witnessed the difficult side of the riding community. Over the years, he has seen serious accidents, life-changing injuries, and has lost close friends. Those experiences have shaped his desire to give back to the community that has given so much to himself. They are the driving force behind the creation of this nonprofit organization.
Treasurer / COO - Jason Rock

Jason serves as a co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of the Dominion Riders Foundation, bringing more than twenty years of experience from the U.S. shipbuilding industry and defense contracting sector. As a production supervisor with Curtiss-Wright, he supports the United States Navy through high-precision manufacturing, disciplined workflow management, and mission-critical oversight-experience that directly strengthens the foundation’s operational backbone.
With over two decades of riding experience, Jason’s connection to the motorcycle community runs deep. He understands the risks riders face, the challenges of recovery, and the importance of building a support network for disabled riders and disabled veterans. His dual background in heavy-industry operations and lifelong riding gives him a unique perspective on safety, resilience, and community service.
As COO, Jason leads organizational operations, program development, and internal systems that keep the Dominion Riders Foundation running with efficiency and integrity. As Treasurer, he oversees budgeting, financial controls, and donor fund accountability, ensuring every resource is managed with transparency and purpose.
Jason’s leadership reflects the foundation’s core values: service, discipline, and unwavering support for riders and veterans who refuse to be defined by their injuries.
Secretary - Philip Rowlands

Philip is the Secretary of the Dominion Riders Foundation, responsible for maintaining board records, coordinating communication, and supporting the organization's governance. His attention to detail and dedication strengthen the foundation's operations and mission.
Special Events Director - Ian Day

Ian Tyler Day serves as the Special Events Director for the Dominion Riders Foundation and has been involved with the organization since its earliest planning stages. From the moment the foundation existed only as an idea written in a notebook, Ian has contributed his time, energy, and support to help turn that vision into a growing nonprofit dedicated to serving the riding community.
For the past four years, Ian has worked at Newport News Shipbuilding as a structural welder, contributing to the construction of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. He completed Newport News Shipbuilding’s welding training program and has developed a strong reputation for hard work, discipline, and teamwork.
Outside of his professional career, Ian has spent much of his life around motorcycles and mechanical work. He grew up working on cars, motorcycles, and motocross bikes and has been involved in BMX and motocross racing for many years. His lifelong passion for motorcycles is rooted in a strong family tradition and continues to shape both his personal and community involvement.
Ian believes in giving back whenever possible and was eager to support the Dominion Riders Foundation as soon as the organization began taking shape. Through his role coordinating events and supporting community outreach efforts, he helps create opportunities that bring riders, veterans, and local families together while advancing the foundation’s mission.
